FieldFind Imperial ("the App") is operated by Elliott Dozier. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
Location Data: The App requests access to your device's location solely to show your position on the map and load nearby field data. Your location is used only on your device and is never transmitted to any server or third party.
No Personal Data: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, account data, usage analytics, or identifiers.
All agricultural field and canal data is sourced from the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) and is stored locally on your device. The App does not contact IID servers or any external service during normal use.
The App uses Apple Maps for satellite imagery. Apple's privacy policy governs their data practices. The App does not use any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking services.
No user data is stored on any server. All app functionality operates locally on your device.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
